great stay, grateful for the attention
friendly staff warm welcome immaculate caravan
the reception staff were friendly and efficient. they gave a very warm welcome and a lovely send off. i loved my caravan's location, it was immaculate and spotlessly clean.

stained carpets needed cleaning
The location was acceptable. It offered access to some nearby attractions.
The caravan was not as clean as expected. There were stains on the carpets and the windows needed cleaning. i found this unacceptable. i expected better maintenance for the price paid.

totally fabulous caravan stay!
master bedroom separate shower comfortable caravan
it had a master bedroom with an ensuite. there was also a separate shower room. the caravan was well-equipped and super comfortable. the staff was helpful and polite, i really loved it!
The bed mattress springs were visible. We could feel them!

Our caravan included a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and refrigerator, we had everything needed for meals. It was very modern. the bedrooms featured comfortable beds and ample storage space for our belongings.

The clubhouse offered a wide variety of meals. There was something for everyone. the squirrel bar had a nice atmosphere. the staff were friendly and quick to offer a bowl of water for my dog!

The site included an indoor swimming pool with very clean changing facilities, excellent for our family. The children loved it! there was also a soft play area that entertained my little ones.

the park provided a feeling of escape, the bridge across to the island was a great start! the marina offered boat trips to spot seals. the sea front was a short drive away.

cosy caravan warm caravan comfy bed fluffy towels road pothole park light limited light slippery step
the caravan was lovely, cosy, and warm. the bed was comfy. the towels were nice and fluffy.
the road driving up to the resort has many potholes. there are not many lights around the park. the steps outside the caravan were very slippery.

underwhelming stay
sense of escape island location awful smell cleanliness issues
the location on hayling island provided a sense of escape upon arrival..
Our shadow wood hot tub accommodation had an awful smell and cleanliness issues. I saw grease under the fan and sand in the fridge.
